Dr Shailaja Pokhriyal and Dr Aakriti Gupta from the department of psychiatry at BLK Monument Hospital were present there on the second day of the event. Dr Shailaja shares her experience: ‘I gave visitor a questionnaire to fill to help me understand their life situation. Based on that, I assessed their troubles, and counseled them. A lot of the people had troubles related to family understanding, relationships, communicating with growing kids and poor self-confidence. To tackle these, I taught them easy, instant strain-bursting workouts – even a stress-buster smiley balls aids when you’re annoyed!’
